It is in a protected nature park with beautiful nature all around and uninterrupted views of the valley and mountains all around. You will enjoy the peace and privacy of it. Also ideal for mountain biking and hikes on the many marked trails around the house. The east coast Istrian beaches are a short drive away as is the entire Istrian Peninsula with it's excellent road system.
